The latest Citibank stuffups:

1. Yesterday my spreadsheet told me I was $200 down.  I rang up Citibank
and they are going to investigate what the mysterious transaction which
appears on their computer.

2. Today I get a silly statement from them telling me to pay some money on
my mortgage, the first such statement in a year, and despite the fact that
I'm a couple of years ahead in payments.  [later, they've implemented a new
system that notifies people not on Easipay].


The first error is particularly dangerous, as I run my bank account down to
$18.  I really don't know what leeway to allow for Citibank incompetence. 
$20?  $200?  $2000?  It's getting a bit ridiculous.  BFN.  Paul.
