Yeah ok, ADSL here is 256/128, 512/128, 1024/256 and 2048/512, the two last
ones is _very_ expensive.. i've the smallest one.

Yeah ok.. But you could use BOD, Bandwith on Demand, quite smart, then the
D channel sends a signal, there says there is a inbound call, the TA would
disconnect one of the channels, so the voice/data call could get thru.
Some TA's can establish the connection after the call is finish.
