On that, it's a toss up, at least so far.  The Internet sites 
all require Windows and I'd have to upgrade my system.  So 
far, the l/d charges are not too bad, as I call out of state 
and the rates are far lower than out of state.  It'll take 
a mont or so to find out if the above and and getting an 
internet account will help.

Thanks for the info!  As it is, I'll plod along for awhile and 
see what works best and easiest on the budget.  Howevr, the more 
I've been looking, the more I realize that my system needs the 
upgrade.  
I'd prefer a bigger sailboat, but a new M-board is a bit closer 
in reach.  :(
