I never understood why one would not offer BBS callers netmail...but in any
event, it would seem that one contacts the SYSOP of the board that they
use...hopefully the sysop can get them the word....if it turns out that the
SYSOP doesn't respond, then I suppose one needs to consider giving that BBS
a vacation from the echo.
