Hello All.
My girlfriend is attempting to start a Fido echo for the fans of Winnie the 
Pooh and the rest of the gang from the hundred acre wood. In order to get 
this echo backboned so that it will be available to everyone she needs to 
have it requested by two RECs (regional echomail coordinators). So far we 
only have one ... region 13. Please show your interest and support by asking 
your sysops to send a request to your REC to request this echo. Once it is 
backboned it will be available to everyone in Fido-land.
