I recently saw the first episode of "As Time Goes By" again, and
realized that it included a brief conversation between Lionel and
Jean that had a payoff in the final episode of season six. Those 
episodes were originally aired in 1992 and 1997, respectively, so 
some sitcoms learned about foreshadowing even before B5. :-)
