well, that's patently wrong unless they've gotten real sneaky and know how
long the unit will provide power with one of their batteries in it fully
charged at the measured load being drawn and use some sort of cutoff method
to shut it down at that point even though there may be plenty of battery
power left...

yeah, that's always a bitch... its also why i have one or two here that are

i might take them up on their offer of upgrading but i'm not sure there's a
real cost savings to be had...
