Now you come to the hard bit :-) How many hours a week would you use it for?

As an example, I use Ozemail because I only ever use it on weekends after
midnight so it's $2.50 an hour. I would average about $10-$15 a month.

If I ever go over $25 consistently, I'll consider using a mob called
Zipper. They charge $25 a month for unlimited usage [it costs $50 to
register though :-(] If you want their number, let me know.
