I've no interest in dealing with him at all.  He has his echo and he can
gloat and play with himself there all he wants to.  It's his sandbox, I
simply don't care, he and his kind aren't worth bothering about.  I NETMAILed
him a reply to his banishment, I don't propose to carry it any farther than that.

I'm not interested in satirizing him in an echo that's named similarly to his.
