DB> MSVC 5??? I thought 4.0 was the latest version.
I bought 4.0 with a subscription about two years ago.  In a reletively
short period of time, 4.1 came out followed closely by 4.2.  About a
year ago Microsoft sent out a letter saying that they were
discontinuing their subscription system.  At that time they sent 5.0
to everyone (or so it seemed).
