Thom, I have only one major problem with ICQ's network, and that is its
current owner.  I hate AOL with a passion.  I can deal with it, but,
just wanted to mention that fact.  :)

Oh, some of their commands are rather funky... but again, I can deal
with it.  If you've been involved with the number of IRCD's and
Services as I have, then you can deal with anything tossed at ya.  :)
