I know very well (really :) that it's Are you trying to dismount and eject a disk locked by LOCKDRV.FLT? I would think that's the wrong way to approach the problem -- you want to be able to use HPFS without needing LOCKDRV.FLT. Some time ago, Albert Shan wrote some utilities of interest. One can mount or dismount the HPFS file system from a floppy. Another is a virtual disk that can imitate a floppy drive which can then be be formatted with HPFS. But to get the HPFS format on a floppy, you have to use his disk image utility to snatch the format off the vdisk and put it on the floppy... (Look for SVD117.* and DXP234.*) It appears that mounting/dismounting the file system is the easy part. After all FORMAT does it every time you reformat a drive to a different file system. The tricky part is getting HPFS on the disk in the first place.
