I managed to get it going by installing the driver that came with W2k3.
That driver did not see the additonal paper trays the 8150 had. I then
installed an older 2k driver. Seems to be working fine so far.

This is the short version, the longer version took a few hours of teeth
gnashing on my Sunday.

Even Intel doesn't have their server monitoring software ready to go.
