Because by selling the item, the seller COULD go to jail, for knowningly 
selling an item for illegle activities.
He's perfectly within his rights to question, as this is an OPEN forum, not 
PRIVATE, and anyone can post whenever they like, about HAM radio stuff for 
Sale.
A radio to transmit and recieve in the 151MHz range, does NOT constitute HAM 
radio activity, as it's NOT a Ham Band!
