Rubbish! All the echos have been available from Dave ever since
I started. Paul Markham first hooked into C_ECHO around June 93.
He's still connected, but I can't tell if there was a period where
he wasn't connected. Anyhow, it was one of the echos available
for QWK users for as long as the BBS was running. What evidence
do you have that it wasn't available here? BFN. Paul.
P.S. I've tracked down the relevant netmail messages, and here
is (after a little censorship) the first message about joining,
and the response to your first areafix request...
