It involves all of us to an extent due to the shere size of the shift.  If
¨nothing else, a node in Z1 can expect a really *big* set of nodediffs.

Netmail is another concern.  I'm chatting in netmail with a fellow about
300 ¨miles south of Moscow?  It's just about cooking and family and it isnt
a daily ¨connection, but a shift might disrupt our connections for a bit.
