In Kentucky.  It should be in the tagline.  ;-)  Here, we have a network
called KET (Kentucky Educational Television) that reaches the whole state.
They are "affiliated" with PBS, but I think they pay for some of
the British
shows outside of PBS.  I don't know if one could get CBC here or not.

Probably not.  Dr. Phil's show is pretty tame, compared to some of the
other talk shows.  They harvest most of their guests from the trailer
parks, I think.
