What is the copay for psychiatric help?  I had Kaiser here until they
pulled out of the northeast last year.  I live in VT and work in NY. For
some reason Kaiser not-so-Permanente was willing to treat me in VT under VT
rules -- perhaps because the particular facility (which I still use) was
actually in VT.  MVP, based in NY pays under NY rules.

Check to see what your policy says about psychiatry, etc.
