Oh, sorry. Beside to FMail's internal Hudson-only bad-, dupe- and
recovery-board and two or three BBS-areas all my areas are JAM. So 'yes'.

That's not a point of FMail, the editor must scan the areas again
(triggered by something/semaphore or manually) to get the information of
new mail.
