Yes, It was as we had an inactive Z6C (predates my arrival).  He was a
return ¨node to an area long stagnent by then.  Used to be New Dehli had a
small but ¨thriving community of some 20 or more BBS sites.

He was pretty much driven out due to stupidity but I wasnt in Z6 then. 
It's ¨one of the background reasons on why Janis has pre-approval on record
to list ¨any Z6 node right away if she needs to, and we filter it back over
when time ¨allows a nice shift on both ends.
