Thats true, but notice no one from that area has discounted it either.
only ¨shifted the representation to make it look like a majority based on
310 who ¨'wanted something to change' out of what, 4,000 nodes? 5,000
nodes?
If Russia has a probem being 'heard' due to shere innacurate nodelist
numbers, ¨then they need to clean up their segment. I doubt seriously that
the mess is ¨that bad that 310 people are a 'majority' there. Most likely
surmise for now ¨without better information was the poll was too
hairbrained radical to have the ¨more stable main membership reply to it.
Remember I've been chatting with various people there for 15 years or more
and ¨over time have asked many questions on 'how things work'. Western Z2
and ¨eastern Z2 are very different entities on that but mostly they split
on ¨echopol-like issues. R50 excommunicates based on as little as local
echo ¨ruckus and you would have been history really fast there. You'd have
the ¨company of at least 2 R50 sysops that I know of in very recent times
who's ¨transgressions were *far* lighter than yours would be percieved as.
