Chuckles, ok, ya got me. But it comes to mind for me, a poor lil' POTS
site ¨dialing internationally.

One more of the reasons why it's a bad idea unless the region really wants
it ¨and convinces the rest that it's worth it. Since they seem unconvinced
¨themselves, it's rather moot. Glad you agree with me.
