I may know it but I normally don't expect to find it.:-)

I think the articles I read suggested that PKTMUX did not work well in
Windows but Desqview (which I rather liked) would be a different story.

I had no trouble connecting to it with my WS_FTP PRO. I haven't bothered
trying my browser.
