Good point. I don't have it specified in binkd.conf either. I think it reads
your outbound directory for the ?lo file after your tosser is done with it.

So basically, as long as you have it setup properly in your tosser, it should
get processed from your netmail directory, and end up in your outbound after
processed, where binkd will see it and send it off.
