Conjecture, to 'guess'.  IE:  in your use of the wording, LIE.  I have no
¨reason to believe Vladimir is lying and that this 'referendum' was as
widely ¨known as he has stated.

Vladimir may be a bit of a wild card, but he cares and isnt a liar as far
as i ¨can tell.  I object to you making it look like he is.  I suggest a
far better ¨way to learn about how he is thinking, is to just ask him
without insulting him ¨internationally.

(Vlad, apologies.  I know you can stand on your own but am not sure if you
¨picked up that he insulted you.  All the folks who use english as a first
¨language though probably picked up on it).
