I would recommend "...\EMM386.EXE NOEMS B=64" vice RAM AUTO (it
does solve a
problem/conflict but I don't remember what ) and the following:

FILES=64
BUFFERS=32

The rest look fine from here. :)  Setver is optional unless you *really* need
it (saves memory to exclude it).
