Barbra, you just got to be a nice Lady. Not to be able to see and to 
provide the beauty of flowers for others to behold.  I know it gives 
you pleasure to beat the odds that-a-way.  Anyways, I use PREEN around 
all my flower beds. It is a herbacide that prevents seeds from 
germinating. Preen, doesn't know the difference between flower seeds 
and weed seeds, soz you need to be careful if you plant flowers from 
seeds. Impatients, ageratum, johnny-jump-ups, vinca, and there are 
others come back from seed from the previous year.  Good luck Barbra.
