subject: OS/2 API`s

The red book is old info -- IBM has embraced the Vio api for Power PC
warp, and even released a 32bit Vio dll for Intel warp (it is somewhere on
the devcon -- but is nothing more than a wrapper around the system 16bit
vio calls at this time).

And, as I have stated before, if IBM for some reason drops the Vio api,
someone will write one; it'd be easy.
