Under Win311 I have FoxMail. For DOS I use the email facilities
in Arachne. This is convenient as it connects very nicely with
Arachne's other functions.

I've looked at NetTamer, which one of friends uses all the time,
but so far it what I've seen of it doesn't appeal. Maybe that's
because I haven't become familiar enough with it.
