It is what some sysops do to force callers to Post on the message bases if 
the caller wishes to be able to access some other feature on their bbs. 
Unfortunately it forces folks like yourself to then litter the message bases 
of which are not of interest to you .. with messages that simply have nothing 
to do with the topic of the echo that is chosen to post it in. While I am 
sure that these SysOps do feel that they are doing something that is 
beneficial,they do not on the other hand make the rules files available to 
the caller so that the caller can see what the specific echo rules are or 
what the acceptable topics are for specific echos. Therefor if anyone gets 
angry with you over the posts that you made here in this echo I would hope 
that they first berate the SysOp that forced you to post for access, without 
providing you with the necessary info I mentioned above. Have a great day.
