Why don't you make it known in your circles that Z6 is about to be demised,
(June), ans see how well accepted the idea os of moving R50 to Z6 rather
than see it disapear.  In essence, it would be a zone populated -almost-
entirely by the R50 nodes, and would provide a splitting of R50 into
aproximately 5 regions there (the other 5 alloted being reserved for any
future use by non-Russian Z6 entities)...

R50 practicaly gets its own zone, Z6 is presented from dying out, and some
of the pre-existing balance is retained on high level issues requiring RC
and ZC only input.
