Well with MNP5, you are getting a 1.5 second turnaround delay,
compared to the 0.2 seconds with V42.  OK, that looks like
there is some latency with MNP that doesn't exist with V42.
Interesting.  There you go Bill, savour the saved 1.3 seconds!
