Yes, I agree, I thought the same thing, and then decided the message would 
fall on very! very! deaf! ears!  I think time will out, and those of us who 
use our dogs well and safely will continue to do so, and let the chips fall 
where they may, as long as we pick up after them!  Sorry, I couldn't resist 
that one!  Alan, you must try and get on the buddy list.  It is a bulliten 
board for Guide dog users, or potential guide dog users.  You have to send an 
e-mail to buddy-l@scs.tamu.edu and tell them you are a Seeing Eye graduate.  
You can call the Seeing Eye, and ask for David Loux if you need any more 
information.
I think you will like the list a lot.
