There is some utilities that convert an *.txt to *.msg somewhere 
I used to know of a few offhand. but I never really had a use 
for such a tool. Check on the following opus sites 1:106/2000 
and 1:1/113. Both might have something that meets your needs. 
Being opus uses the standard *.msg format. any *.msg utility can 
be used.
