The msc ref man states they aren't supported (even if they are defined).
I think it is pretty clear why they can't work under os/2 the way one is
used to for dos, and choosing not to support them is the best route I
think, since the work around is so simple (fopen("prn",...) and
also works for dos.
IBM/Borland don't even define them.
Watcom considers them an extension (so stdprn isn't even ISO eh? Good
choice on their part).
