Warp Server isn't part of the Devcon CDs. 
Number 9 contains the DevCon for LanSystems #5, and there is only the
'small' (which means 'entry') version without HPFS386.

IMHO there is only need for HPFS386 on a real LAN Server. Installing
HPFS386 on a 'normal' stand alone machine (up to 24 MB) will slow down the
system and needs more memory. Bigger systems may profit from the advanced
features (e.g. more cache).
