In typical leftist fashion you chose to post just the discretionary 
portion of the budgets and not the entire budget.  I am talking about 
going after the entire budget including the supposed non-discretionary 
portions.  It is time to take back so much of our wealth which is being 
sucked up and wasted in Washington.
