You confuse valid with legal. No matter how worm and fuzzy a Government
insurance option may make you feel, or how wonderful it would be for every
one to have everything they want, IF you follow the LAW, (read
Constitution) it is illegal.

So as far as you are concerned just because the government has violated the
Constitution before, we should just let them do it again.
