The only other Resource Editor I've seen is the one on DevCon 9, which
makes Borland's RC editor look very polished!

I've only found one bug in Borland's Resource editor that comes with BCOS2
v2.0, which is when setting Justification on a Spinbutton style to Center,
it always saves it as Right in the .rc/.dlg file, which I must change
manually.
