That has happened to me also, I also have to teach. This past year I had
seven periods with no prep, so it was quite rough. I have been trying to get
old surplus computers running for classrooms in my "spare" time. I have to
help teachers with programs, balky printers, etc..
I think you need to put your projects in order from most important to
least--leave room for emergencies, that might help.
