It was reported recently that Williams had objected to a rear wing design
proposed by BAR but the Grove based squad refutes that it made a complaint.
BAR's design would have given the rear wing a downforce advantage not
unlike a third element and as the rules now restrict it to only two
elements, the FIA decided the idea was not strictly legal.
