subject: Situation on R2:50

Hello Vladimir.

20 Apr 06 17:05, you wrote to me:

Oh boy, ... you really have NO idea how to properly conduct a referendum do
you? A referendum should always have a simple unambiguous question with
just a yes/no answer.

Multiple answers are a sure way to failure as I will demonstrate.

 VD> _A1_
VD> I am agree we have to form Z7 for migration of all R50's sysops into
VD> it. Comment: with keeping numbers of networks.

 VD> The results of referenda:
 VD> Total amount of votes -- 561.
 VD> Choice €1 -- 140

So only 140 out of 561 = 25% voted in favour of this option -> Rejected.

 VD> _A2_
VD> I am agree that Z7 should be formed of volunteers first for purpose
VD> of clearing technical and political questions of the migration. Total
VD> migration (as in variant "A1") is expected in some time later.
VD> Comment: with new address maps.

 VD> Choice €2 -- 68

So only 68 out of 561 = 12% voted in favour of this option. -> Rejected.

 VD> _A3_
VD> I am agree with both of "A1" and "A2".

 VD> Choice €3 -- 146

So only 146 out of 561 = 26% voted in favour of this option -> Rejected.

 VD> _A4_
VD> I am not agree with all above.

 VD> Choice €4 -- 34

So only 34 out of 561 = 6% voted in favour of this option -> Rejecetd.

Need I go on?

It appears that all the options were rejected.

Sorry mate, you blew it.
