DH> Blackmail and terrorism are disgusting no matter what their degree.
Go read a business law book, and then a federal law book, and come back.
Leveraging a product against a market isn't illegal. The gov't tried to slap
anti-trust lawsuits onto intell when it told its distributers that if they
sold AMD processors, it would stop selling to them. The lawsuit failed ( had
no grounds .. unfair isn't illegal ) It is market leveraging. Nothing else.
DH> Were there ever an OS/2 version of your current product, I probably
Has there ever been a large quantity of -anything- written for OS/2.. hell
there is more Mac versions of software than OS/2 versions.... ( And I like
OS/2... )
DH> which should not involve personalities. I wonder what Scott Dudley
DH> thinks of your temper tantrum.
I would hope Scott would side with the masses, per se. If enough people are
unhappy.. instead of changing them.. perhaps it is time to change the rules.
When rules are at the point where there is no leeway of any kind.. that is
when a system becomes dangerously brittle. A small change in environment can
cause extinction at that point.
By there nature.. rules need exceptions.
By the way.. have you used the max internal .qwk functions.. or just external
ones.. like silver express.. or blue wave?
This question is actually pertaining to blue wave. I had been using one of
the 2.x versions with max 3, and was doing an odd thing. It would lod the
door up correctly but would react as if the user had 30 minutes -less- in
thier account. odd huh.. but I think I'll go over to the blue wave echo for
a more detailed querry about it.
