PK> As it happens, the entire 000-* string is NOT a phone number at all. Of course it is! Some of us even use the same pair of copper to dial the number. The only difference is that we have the technology to differentiate between the borderless country code of 000, that goes to the ISP exchange, and all the other country codes that go to the POTS exchange. I'm still waiting for an answer to the question why the entire zone 2 segment has to be filtered if Malcolm filters it anyway.
