1237b7079fd6 tech Hello Tom - --8<--cut ->> Ernie Kovacks died in a Corvair accident? I was/am a fan of ->> his and have a great deal of respect and admiration for his ->> wife. ->> I wasn't aware that was how he died. TW> He had a little too much to drink but a Corvair Lakewood TW> Station Wagon was the car he was driving. IF it was his TW> fault or the Cars fault will never be known. But only a TW> reql FOOL would drive a Corvair after drinking becaue you TW> Need ALL of your Facilities if you want to get foolish TW> driving one. It decidedly did not drive "Like your Fathers TW> Oldsmobile" as they say. :-) :-) Odd as it seems the Corvair behaved as though it was _overpowered_ for the weight of the car. All of the 'feedback' you got while driving it was identical to what most overpowered vehicles feel like with the exception of the Charger 440s. They just felt like one solid chunk of iron gone insane. ;-) > > , , > o/ Charles.Angelich \o , > __o/ > / > USA, MI < \ __\__ ___ * ATP/16bit 2.31 * ...
