Now I freely, and publicly admit to all, that I failed grade 10 maths, and,
have a certificate to prove it but... have a look at it again.  The -only-
answer possible is a "9".  (I proved it by running the algorithym
several times with random starting values.)

Therein lies the joke, old chap.  :-)
