If your healthcare provider is halfway intelligent they usually have a copy
of the formulary for each of the insurance plans they participate in. My
PCP carries a Cassiopeia programmed with that data.

In the case of antidepressants a HUGE cost savings can be had just by
changing the size of the pill. Instead of prescribing 90 tablets of 15 mg
Remeron at $220 the doc can prescribe 30 tablets of 45 mg Remeron for
$70.....
