I went with dyndns.org. I see the service you use offers an E-Mail
Forwarding service.

  I have set up E-Mail service on a Linux box with Sendmail and QPopper
I can receive e-mails from anywhere that I have tried. I can only send
e-mails to some sites from the Linux box I can not send to AOL and
Compuserve directly both have dynamic IP's blocked.
