What do you mean by "untrusted"?
Other than not knowing what you mean by that, I have used the =
Certification Authority in Windows to issues certificates for SSL. If =
using IIS, when you use the UI to enable SSL there are options to = request
a certificate from a domain CA or to create a request file. You = can use
the CA console to open the request and save a certificate. You = then use
the IIS console to complete the certificate assignment by = opening the CA
generated certificate.
