Everyone,

If you use the ` sign followed by a hex number, Telegard interprets it and
¨turns our screens to mush (those of us who use the BBS to read mail).  We
can ¨turn off the ability to interpret that, but most of us don't because
there's ¨times we need it.

Please don't use the `.  Use " or ' and no one will complain. :)
